Shipping Policy

Albasole is committed to delivering your premium skincare essentials with speed, care, and transparency. By partnering with Blue Dart Express, we ensure that your orders are handled by India’s most reliable logistics network, dispatched directly from our facility in Ahmedabad.


1. Dispatch & Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email and SMS containing your unique Blue Dart Airway Bill (AWB) number.

2. Delivery Timelines

While actual delivery times may vary based on the courier’s schedule, our estimated timelines are as follows:

  • Gujarat: 1 – 2 Business Days

  • Metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 2 – 6 Business Days

  • Rest of India: 4 – 7 Business Days

  • North-East & J&K: 7 – 10 Business Days

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹299. For orders below this value, a flat shipping fee of ₹70 applies.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional handling fee of ₹50 is applicable on all COD orders to cover secure payment processing.

4. Logistics & Tracking

We exclusively use Blue Dart to ensure the safety of our glass bottles and potent formulations. You can track your package in real-time on the official Blue Dart website using the tracking link provided to you. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking status to reflect after dispatch.

5. Order Integrity & Damaged Shipments

Your Albasole products are packed in secure, tamper-evident packaging.

  • Mandatory Security Protocol: We require a clear, continuous unboxing video (from opening the outer seal to inspecting the product) to process any claims regarding leakage, transit damage, or missing items.

  • If the outer shipping box is visibly crushed or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the package and notify our support team immediately.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Blue Dart will attempt to deliver your package up to three times. Please ensure the provided contact number is reachable. In the event of a "Return to Origin" (RTO) due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a re-shipping fee will be charged to send the parcel again.
